Jian Bao (Taipei, Taiwan)
What is it?
Jian bao (translation: fried bun) is meat bun that is pan fried, as opposed to steamed.
Where to find it?
Shilin Night Market in Taipei, Taiwan
Thoughts...
Meat in a bun is delicious.
