Senbei (Rice cracker) (Tokyo, Japan)

What is it? Senbei (Rice cracker). The rice cracker is grilled over charcoal (basted with a shoyu-based sauce) and then wrapped with nori (seawood).

Where to find it?
Nakamise food stall around Asakusa Kannon Temple.

Thoughts... The crisp, airy rice cracker with shoyu and nori make this an interesting cracker with asian flavor.
