Guan Cai Ban (Coffin-shaped bread ) (Taiwan)

What is it? Guan Cai Ban. (Coffin-shaped bread). The center of a thick piece of bread is hollowed out and filled with creamy savory mixture of meat and vegetables. The piece of bread gets reassembled and then deep fried.

Thoughts... The filling reminded me of chicken pot pie filling.
