Where to find it? Giovanni's Shrimp Truck on Kamehameha Highway in Kahuku, Hawaii. There are other shrimp trucks in the area, but Giovanni's is one of the most popular.

Thoughts... The shrimp was super meaty, the flavor was super garlicky, the plate was super good.
