Tomatoes with soy sauce (Kaohsiung, Taiwan)

What is it? Unripened tomatoes with a dipping sauce made of soy sauce, ginger, and powdered sugar.

Where to find it? Kaohsiung, Taiwan

Thoughts... Unconventional to my taste buds, but surprisingly good.
