What is it? Fresh seafood
Where to find it? Everywhere in Taiwan. These pictures were from the northern coast area in Taiwan.
Thoughts... It's common to find seafood markets in Taiwan with some interesting catches you don't quite see in the States. The picture on the bottom is outside of a restaurant. Seafood restaurants often have the live catch on display in front where you pick out your seafood and tell them how you want it cooked, then go inside to eat. A translator would definitely be helpful to order at these restaurants.
