What is it? Rice on a stick (sorry I don't know the name of it)Where to find it? Taipei, Taiwan. This rice on a stick was bought off a street cart vendor in Ximen Ding (Ximen square).
Thoughts... One of my favorite street food treats. The seasoned rice is encased in sausage casing giving it a snap when you bite into it.
Note: Street cart vendors clear out quickly when the police come through, but they'll be back in a few minutes once the police have left.
