What is it? Haupia. Looks like an apple pie that you would get from any McDonald's in the States but the filling in this pie is creamy coconut pudding.Where to find it? Honolulu, Hawaii
Thoughts... It's interesting. The crust is the same as the apple pies and the filling is good.
