Thoughts... Soup noodle stands serve up some great grub. Just pull up and sit in one of the available stools around the cart. The seaweed and hard boiled egg were boiled in spiced soy sauce broth giving it its flavor. The soup noodles can also be ordered to go as the to go container is a clear plastic bag knotted at the top. I love it.
