Pork bun (Hualien, Taiwan)

What is it? Pork bun. Spongy bun with a fatty, pork filling served with soy sauce to dip.

Where to find it? Hualien, Taiwan

Thoughts... Soooo good. The juicy filling reminded me of xiao long bao fillings. The spongy bun had a slight sweetness to it that added to the filling and dipping sauce.
