My suppli got squished by the time I got to it.What is it? Suppli (full name: suppli al telefono since there's mozzerella cheese in the middle and when the cheese gets stretched while eating it, it looks like a telephone cord). Mozzerella cheese is stuffed in a tomato rice ball and then fried.
