What is it? Ice cream burrito (not sure of the official name).Shavings from a block of peanut candy tops a thin crepe with two scoopings of ice cream. In this case, the ice cream was taro-based. This all gets rolled up into one yummy burrito.
Where can you find it? Pedestrian alleyway in Jioufen, Taiwan
